Description: Positioned at 2602 Connecticut Ave NW in Washington, D.C., the mural portraying the pop culture luminary Marilyn Monroe graces the upper exterior wall of Salon Roi. Crafted by artist John Bailey, this mural was installed in the year 1981. It was a creation commissioned by Charles Stinson in honor of Salon Roi's proprietor, Roi Barnard, to commemorate his 40th birthday.
