Description: Hickman Bridge and Rim Overlook are two prominent features located within Capitol Reef National Park in Utah, USA. Hickman Bridge: Hickman Bridge is a natural rock arch located in the Fruita area of Capitol Reef National Park. It is one of the most popular and easily accessible arches in the park. The trail to Hickman Bridge is a moderate hike, approximately 1.8 miles (2.9 km) roundtrip, and takes visitors through scenic landscapes, including along the Fremont River. The arch itself spans about 133 feet (40.5 meters) and is a popular spot for photography and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Rim Overlook: Rim Overlook is a viewpoint within Capitol Reef National Park that offers breathtaking views of the Waterpocket Fold and the surrounding canyons. The Waterpocket Fold is a massive monocline that defines much of the park's geology. The overlook provides visitors with a vantage point to appreciate the vastness and unique formations of the park. To reach Rim Overlook, visitors can hike a trail that starts at the Grand Wash Trailhead. The hike is approximately 2 miles (3.2 km) roundtrip and offers rewarding views of the park's rugged landscapes.
