Description: The structure currently housing the Cafe & Country Store was originally erected during the mid-1800s. Back in those days, it was under the ownership and operation of John Hemenway Trask and Artemas Cushman, and it bore the name The Trask Block. Trask's Store was renowned for its extensive inventory, which included everything from fabrics and apparel to hardware and groceries, among other items. Today, as you visit the Cafe & Country Store, you have the opportunity to not only appreciate the historical significance of our building but also create your own cherished memories.
