Description: Great spot to see the Buffalo River, America’s first designated National River, and dip your toes. It’s a gravel parking lot, but only about 100 yds off the highway. At the far end of the low water bridge (behind where I’m standing in the picture) there is a very short trail to a park maintained site of a cabin from one of the original settlers of this area. Can be a very busy spot in summer or on weekends.
