Description: Room for 2, with bath, in my home. No pets inside, no smoking inside, no shoes inside. Otherwise pretty chill. Beautiful area here, 6450' elevation. Covered parking, tent sites, garage with tools. Air mattress, bedding, pillows, laundry, one mile from "downtown" Epic night sky. Have a shower before or after dinner. A mile from the historic St. James Hotel where Billy the Kid, Annie Oakley, Bat Masterson, and many others stayed back in the day. Great roads nearby. I can sometimes host with one day's notice, often not. Please try for 3 days' notice prior to arrival. Also...epic home theater.
