Description: Gordon Massie, the proprietor of the Texas Vintage Motorcycle Museum, has dedicated his life to the restoration, collection, and riding of both modern and vintage motorcycles. Originally hailing from California, Gordon relocated to Houston in 1977, where he embarked on a career in the investment industry, which he pursued until 2005. Upon retiring, Gordon wholeheartedly continued his passion for acquiring and restoring vintage motorcycles, primarily sourcing them within the state of Texas. However, following the recent loss of two family members, Gordon made the decision to move from Houston to Johnson City in late 2021. This move was motivated in part by his desire to be closer to his daughter in Dripping Springs, as well as the opportunity to acquire an extraordinary commercial building in Johnson City. This building now serves as the home for his extensive collection, which comprises nearly 100 classic motorcycles dating back to the 1950s, 60s, and 70s.
