Just a short distance from Grainworks, the Hopewell Early Childhood School stands as a reminder of the spot where Brian and Anthony's paths first intersected in Miss Gwyn's kindergarten class. Despite a brief stint in the hallway for an arm-wrestling match (the outcome lost to memory), their friendship was sealed for a lifetime. Several years down the road, beer would become the third member of this friendship when Brian ventured into home brewing. By the time Cincinnati's downtown brewery scene began to flourish, he had spent nearly a decade perfecting his craft. Simultaneously, Anthony's IT career paved the way for him to pursue a business degree. It became evident that destiny had charted its course. After years of meticulous planning and dedicated construction, Grainworks Brewing Company proudly opened its doors to the world on September 9th, 2017.
