Description: The Poole Forge Covered Bridge, also known as Yohn's Mill Bridge, is located in Narvon, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Built in 1859 by Levi Fink and Elias McMellen, the bridge spans the Conestoga River and features a single-span, wooden, double Burr arch truss design with steel hanger rods. It is painted entirely red, the traditional color of Lancaster County covered bridges. The bridge is 99 feet long and 15 feet wide and was bypassed by a new concrete bridge in 1973. It is part of the Historic Poole Forge complex, which includes a 1770s Ironmaster's mansion, making it a picturesque and historically significant site. The bridge and complex are now used for various public events and activities, offering a glimpse into the area's rich heritage
