Description: The world's largest catfish, known as "Wahpper," is a massive sculpture located in Wahpeton, North Dakota. This impressive fiberglass statue is 40 feet long, 12 feet tall, and weighs over 5,000 pounds. Situated in the Kidder Recreation Area on the banks of the Red River, Wahpper is a popular roadside attraction. The statue was created by artist Dave Oswold and was unveiled on August 3, 1997.
