Description: Tabgha is traditionally accepted as the place of the miracle of the multiplication of the loaves and fishes and the fourth resurrection appearance of Jesus after his Crucifixion. Two churches have been built at the place, the Church of the Multiplication, and the Church of the Primacy of St. Peter. In 2015 the Church of Multiplication was set on fire by extremist messianic Jews. The Israeli government compensated the establishment, and later, with the addition of donations from other countries, the church was restored and renovated.
