Description: Our next stop is already our destination. On our way to Tel Aviv we will pass by Ashkelon, known for its beautiful beaches, and Ashdod, known for nice restaurants and cafes near the beach. You can decide if you want to stop in any of them. From Ashkelon to the North, we will be riding will be already through main roads. In Tel Aviv, the best thing to do is to ask at your hotel front desk for attractions. I will however mention 3 or 4 places that are a must-do there: Jaffa (Yafo) - the old city of Jaffa was a fishermen village when Tel Aviv was created. With the years, Tel Aviv has grown very much and was unified with Jaffa as a single city. Jaffa has a simple port with fish restaurants, and an old town that is stunning. While the original population has been moving from Old Jaffa to the new area of the city, houses there have been sold to artists who are making them their residence and ateliers. The old city is a great walk, all "streets" are named after the signs of the zodiac, and walking there is like returning 200 years in time. The view of Tel Aviv from the old city is also beautiful. The old train station - at the entry to Jaffa, you will find the old train station, which has been transformed into a site of shops and restaurants. Great for a 30m - 1hr visit, especially if you are walking to Old Jaffa. Tel Aviv Port - The old and inactive port of Tel Aviv has been transformed in a place for shops, restaurants and shows. Sarona Center - Sarona Center is a commercial and entertainment complex located in the heart of Tel Aviv, Israel. It is situated in the Sarona neighborhood, which was originally a German Templar colony in the late 19th century. The complex occupies an area of approximately 140,000 square meters and is known for its vibrant atmosphere, offering a mix of retail, dining, office spaces, and cultural attractions. The houses were moved and separated one from the other to make more space for walking, and the original trees were kept and moved when necessary. Behind the open center there is the Sarona Market, with a vast variety of restaurants to eat.
